The Challenge

What the client needed

Losing Money on Every Return

Plastic-Craft was receiving a high volume of Amazon returns and losing money because claims lacked proper evidence, documentation, and process. Shipping handlers needed a cleaner way to evaluate returns, and the company needed a system that could sustain evidence for claims across platforms. With a 26% claim success rate, the financial impact was significant.

The Solution

What we built

A Purpose-Built Portal That Changed the Numbers

AliNQuality built a custom returns logistics portal that guided shipping handlers through every step of the return review process.

Plastic-Craft Products — Returns Logistics App case study
With a 100% claim rate during this session, AliNQuality proves that the solutions pay for themselves.

The workflow was designed to collect the right evidence for the right platform, with documentation standards built into the process itself.

Returns app verification step with a line-item table — product image, item description with SKU and ASIN, expected return quantity, a "Matches Return?" Yes/No control, and a status indicator — plus an initials field and Submit button.
The final check: the app surfaces the expected line item (down to SKU and ASIN) and asks the operator to confirm the returned product actually matches. Initials, submit, done - every return closed out the same way.

Staff received full training, documentation, and support referrals — not just a tool, but a system they understood and could use independently. The portal was clean, straightforward, and built for the people actually using it every day.

The result speaks for itself: claim success rate went from 26% to 95%, recovering thousands in previously lost funds.

Full process map of the Plastic-Craft returns workflow — a large decision diagram covering every path a return can take from intake through inspection to final disposition.
Before a single line of code: the entire returns process mapped end to end. Every branch — damage, return reason, restock eligibility, refund, claim — was defined first, so the app could mirror exactly how the team works.
