The Challenge

What the client needed

A Compromised Site Sending Traffic to Competitors

Sound Concept's previous site had a serious problem: internal links were pointing to competitor websites — likely the result of a previous cyber incident. Contact forms were also broken, meaning the business was actively losing leads. Their strong YouTube presence was not being leveraged on their website at all.

The Solution

What we built

A Clean Foundation With Content Built In

AliNQuality built a new foundational website with a CRM designed for non-technical staff. The site now showcases their car audio services, pulls new content dynamically from their uploads, and gives the team a controlled way to manage blog posts, videos, service pages, and product uploads.

Products are tagged by best-fit vehicle models, showcasing the shop's advanced knowledge.

Sound Concept product page for the Hertz Mille Pro MPK 165.3 component speaker set, with a photo of an illuminated trunk audio install, Authorized Dealer and Lifetime Labor Warranty badges, Call Now and Request Quote buttons, a Key Facts panel (brand, category, compatible vehicles), and a product description.
A catalog that sells the install, not just the box: each product pairs a real build photo with key facts, vehicle fitment, and one-tap Call or Request Quote — turning a spec sheet into a booked job.

The CRM handles contact forms with flagging, video embeds, and categorized product management.

Sound Concept admin dashboard showing stat cards for total blog posts (17), contact forms (161), customer reviews (12), and active services (10), plus a recent-activity feed and quick-action buttons for new posts, messages, reviews, and services.
One place to run the site: posts, leads, reviews, and services at a glance, with quick actions on each — the shop manages the whole operation from a single screen, no developer in the loop.

We also created a workflow for building healthy backlinks to strengthen SEO authority.

Sound Concept is now the top search result in their area for car audio services.

Google search results for "upgrade car audio near me" showing a local Places pack — Vanguard Automotive Design, Sound Concept Nanuet (4.7 stars, 115 reviews), and Derek Auto Sound — beside a regional map of car-audio shops, with the organic result for soundconcept.com titled "Sound Concept — Car Audio & Vehicle Electronics in Nanuet" below.
Found in the local pack and the organic results: a search for "upgrade car audio near me" surfaces Sound Concept among the area's shops — carrying the most reviews of the group at 115 — and again as a complete organic listing for soundconcept.com.

Sound Concept admin with a "Create New Blog Post" modal open — fields for title, slug, author, category, and status, a featured-image drag-and-drop zone, an excerpt box, and a content editor toggling between HTML and a structured builder — over a blog management list.
Publishing without a developer: the team writes and posts their own articles through a built-in editor, structured or raw HTML, so the blog stays current without a support ticket.
