What the Client Needed
A Strong Business With a Website That Was Holding It Back
Renah Appliance Repair had already built a strong reputation through decades of service, but the website did not represent the business they had become.
The previous site had recurring technical problems, an outdated layout, unreliable contact functionality, weak local search visibility, and a hosting environment that needed attention. For an appliance repair and field service business, those problems directly affect how easily a customer can find the company and actually request service.
The bigger issue was that Renah offered much more than the website made clear.
Customers needed an easy way to:
- Schedule an appliance repair
- Check whether Renah serviced their ZIP code
- Find the correct phone number for their area
- Get help with an appliance warranty
- Learn about maintenance plans
- Find residential and commercial repair services
- See what appliance brands and equipment Renah works with
- Find information about replacement appliances and additional services
The website needed to answer those questions without making the customer call just to figure out what to do next.
That became especially important as Renah expanded its reach across New York and New Jersey. Someone with a broken refrigerator in Rockland County may have a different need than a property manager, warranty customer, restaurant, or commercial facility.
The website needed to serve all of them without becoming confusing.
There was also a clear opportunity to improve lead generation. Appliance repair is usually an immediate need. Someone visiting the website often has an appliance that is already broken and wants to know whether Renah can help them, how quickly they can get service, and what they need to do next.
The goal was not simply to give Renah a nicer website.
The goal was to make the website genuinely useful to both the customer and the people running the business.
The Solution
What we built
What We Built
A Website Built Around How Customers Actually Request Service
We approached the project as a complete website rebuild, not a redesign of what was already there.
The site was reorganized around the questions customers actually have when something breaks.
Instead of placing every service under one general page, Renah now has dedicated information for refrigerators and freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, ranges and ovens, commercial appliances, warranty service, maintenance plans, service areas, brands, and other parts of the business.
Making It Easier to Become a Customer
One of the biggest priorities was removing unnecessary steps between finding Renah and requesting service.
Customers can now schedule service directly through the website, call the appropriate regional number, or check whether their ZIP code falls within Renah's service area.
The service request process also collects useful information such as the appliance type, brand, model information, age, and details about what is going wrong.
This means the customer can explain the problem once while giving Renah better information to work with before the appointment.
That is a much better experience than a generic contact form that simply asks for a name, phone number, and message.
Giving Every Part of the Business Its Place
Renah does more than standard residential repair, so we made sure the website showed it.
Warranty assistance has its own clear path for customers who need help understanding or using their coverage.
Maintenance plans can be reviewed and started directly through the website.
Commercial appliance repair is presented separately for restaurants, facilities, property managers, and other businesses that have different service needs than a homeowner.
Customers who decide that repairing an appliance no longer makes sense can also find Renah's appliance sales options instead of simply leaving the website.
The result is a site that supports more of the customer's journey instead of ending at "call us."
Built to Be Found
The rebuild also gave us the opportunity to improve the site's search structure.
Individual services and locations could be properly organized instead of relying on a few broad pages to rank for everything. That work, combined with continued SEO, analytics, and growth improvements, helped Renah reach first-page visibility for targeted searches across multiple service areas without relying on paid advertising.
Continuing After Launch
The project did not end when the new website went live.
AliNQuality continues to support Renah with website updates, new service pages, business listings, reviews, local search improvements, content, and other parts of its online presence.
The website can also continue growing as Renah adds locations, services, brands, warranty programs, maintenance offerings, or other parts of the business.
The end result is a website that better represents Renah, gives customers a much easier way to get help, and creates more opportunities for those visits to turn into actual service calls.
