Plastic-Craft Products — Marketplace Expansion case study. Amazon search results for "beverage air replacement cutting board," showing a row of Plastic-Craft OEM replacement cutting board listings for Beverage Air units in several sizes, each with its own price, a "Small Business" badge, and an Add to cart button.

The Challenge

What the client needed

Expanding Sales Channels Without Breaking Existing Systems

Plastic-Craft wanted to sell a category of product on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart — but their inventory management system was custom-built with specific logic that could not be disrupted. The challenge was not just uploading those set products to new channels, but making those channels work seamlessly with their existing infrastructure without inflating costs or creating manual overhead.

The Solution

What we built

Custom Integration That Respects Existing Logic

AliNQuality uploaded and structured products across all three marketplaces while tying the process back into Plastic-Craft's custom inventory flow. Rather than forcing a third-party connector that would ignore their existing logic, we built custom code around their infrastructure — preserving what already worked while extending its reach.

Products are updatable through a custom API, so the team can manage marketplace listings the same way they manage everything else. The integration was designed to reduce cost by working with the system, not around it — a fine-grained example of AliNQuality taking previously built tools and refining them to reach further. The products chosen for this push were Plastic-Craft's top sellers.

Walmart Marketplace product detail page for a Plastic-Craft translucent white acrylic sheet (3MM thick, 24" W × 36" L), with selectable size tiles (12 in at $21.08, 24 in at $35.82), an "About this item" spec list, and product images.
Each Walmart listing is built out, not dumped: clear title, selectable sizes with live pricing, and benefit-led "about this item" copy — the kind of fully populated, qualified listing that earns visibility instead of getting buried.

To get every product fully listed and search-ready, AliNQuality used AI to draft and fill in product information at scale — titles, bullet points, descriptions, and the attribute fields each marketplace weighs — ensuring each listing cleared every tier of the chosen marketplace's listing requirements that marks a product as highly qualified in search rather than buried below competitors.

A product editor's Search Engine Optimization panel with fields for Page Title ("Plastic Cutting Board Material - HDPE Sheet"), Product URL (/hdpe-sheet/), and a meta description about HDPE sheet durability and hygiene, beside a left-hand nav of product sections.
Optimized down to the metadata: a deliberate page title, clean URL slug, and keyword-aware description on every listing — the quiet work that decides whether a product clears the bar for search at all.

Nothing went live unchecked: the Plastic-Craft's highly highly qualified marketing team reviewed and approved the content, keeping brand voice and accuracy in-house while AI handled the heavy lifting.

All proprietary inventory logic and API integrations are treated with strict confidentiality.

The Results

What was delivered

Sales Impact
Products became top sellers
Cost Approach
Built around existing infrastructure
Inventory Sync
Connected to custom system via API
Channels Expanded
Amazon, eBay, Walmart
Personal Site's bulk inventory view listing cutting-board variations by color and thickness (Mercury Gray, Seafoam, Sand Shade from 0.25" to 1"), each row with a checkbox, thumbnail, SKU (PE232–PE238, PE562), and price — a few rows unchecked with missing thumbnails.
One catalog, kept in sync: hundreds of color-and-thickness variations managed in bulk by SKU through Plastic-Craft's own inventory flow, so stock, imagery, and pricing stay consistent across every channel.
